根據傳輸工(gong)藝要(yao)(yao)求,可采用(yong)各種(zhong)傳輸方式,滿足不同運營線路的(de)需要(yao)(yao),該輸送(song)機(ji)具有(you)機(ji)頭(tou)結(jie)構(gou)鋼框架結(jie)構(gou),主要(yao)(yao)結(jie)構(gou)為一個卸(xie)料槽鋼焊(han)接加(jia)工(gong),機(ji)頭(tou)截面(mian)采用(yong)強(qiang)度(du)較高的(de)H型鋼焊(han)接,角(jiao)鋼、槽鋼為輔助(zhu)構(gou)件。
根據運輸(shu)(shu)和安裝條件,可設計成整體或(huo)分體式模塊,該輸(shu)(shu)送(song)機(ji)(ji)可采(cai)用單電(dian)機(ji)(ji)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong),也可采(cai)用雙電(dian)機(ji)(ji)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong),以適應(ying)各種運輸(shu)(shu)任務和輸(shu)(shu)送(song)機(ji)(ji)的長度(du),齒(chi)輪上裝有液力偶合器,以提高(gao)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)機(ji)(ji)的啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)性能,并保證在(zai)兩(liang)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)時趨于平(ping)衡負(fu)載分配。
