鏈板線轉運機構的利用情況
鏈板線能承受大負荷,適合長途運輸,廣泛應用于柴油機、家電、食品、汽車、摩托車、發動機等行業的裝配和運輸,鏈板線制成的輸送機輸(shu)(shu)送面平(ping)(ping)整光滑,摩(mo)擦(ca)小,輸(shu)(shu)送線(xian)(xian)之間物料過渡(du)平(ping)(ping)穩,可(ke)在一條輸(shu)(shu)送線(xian)(xian)上完成水(shui)平(ping)(ping)、傾斜、轉(zhuan)彎輸(shu)(shu)送,該設備結構簡單(dan),運行維護穩定。
鏈板線為旋轉循環式輸送機構,在鏈板線的(de)起始端和末端,單鏈板(ban)的(de)前后兩側將與旋轉面分(fen)離并在開始時抬起,旋轉的(de)水平(ping)鏈板(ban)之間(jian)會有較(jiao)大的(de)鏈線(xian)間(jian)隙,在汽車(che)生產領域(yu),許多配件(jian)都配有不同數(shu)量的(de)線(xian)束或皮帶。
鏈板(ban)(ban)線轉運機構由兩(liang)(liang)個(ge)料盤組件組成,兩(liang)(liang)個(ge)料盤組件由一個(ge)輥子組件連接(jie),料板(ban)(ban)組件包括(kuo)一個(ge)進料板(ban)(ban)和一個(ge)傾斜(xie)過渡板(ban)(ban),送料板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)內側與輥子組件連接(jie),送料板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)外側與傾斜(xie)過渡板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)內側鉸接(jie),傾斜(xie)過渡板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)上表面向外傾斜(xie),輥子組件包括(kuo)兩(liang)(liang)個(ge)相互直接(jie)相對設置(zhi)的(de)(de)輥子支撐桿(gan)。
與送(song)料板(ban)(ban)(ban)外緣(yuan)連接(jie)(jie)的(de)斜(xie)(xie)面過(guo)渡板(ban)(ban)(ban)連接(jie)(jie)到(dao)鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)線的(de)端部,斜(xie)(xie)面過(guo)渡板(ban)(ban)(ban)連接(jie)(jie)到(dao)鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)線的(de)固定邊緣(yuan)上,靠近(jin)鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)但(dan)不與鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)接(jie)(jie)觸,以防(fang)與鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)線一起移動,同時送(song)料板(ban)(ban)(ban)會擋住旋轉(zhuan)的(de)鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)板(ban)(ban)(ban),使物料無法到(dao)達(da)鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)線的(de)間隙,防(fang)止線束或皮帶(dai)進入(ru)鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)線間隙,消除安全隱患(huan)。
