從動(dong)(dong)滑(hua)輪的轉軸通過聯軸器與螺(luo)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)固(gu)(gu)定(ding)連(lian)(lian)(lian)接,聯軸器下(xia)固(gu)(gu)定(ding)有緩(huan)沖墊,螺(luo)母固(gu)(gu)定(ding)在緩(huan)沖墊下(xia),緊挨著活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)桿(gan)(gan)(gan),活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)與螺(luo)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)連(lian)(lian)(lian)接,活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)與電動(dong)(dong)缸固(gu)(gu)定(ding)板(ban)固(gu)(gu)定(ding)連(lian)(lian)(lian)接活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)端通過法蘭和活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)固(gu)(gu)定(ding)連(lian)(lian)(lian)接在中間(jian)的導板(ban)上,限位(wei)柱(zhu)設置在導板(ban)的兩側。
限位(wei)柱(zhu)通過直線(xian)軸承(cheng)與電動(dong)(dong)缸固定板樞(shu)轉(zhuan)連(lian)接(jie),連(lian)接(jie)頭(tou)固定在活塞桿的活動(dong)(dong)端連(lian)接(jie),壓力傳(chuan)感器固定連(lian)接(jie)在連(lian)接(jie)頭(tou)上方(fang)的活塞桿活動(dong)(dong)端。
驅動(dong)機構包括行星減(jian)(jian)速器、帶盤、主動(dong)滑(hua)輪(lun)(lun)、從動(dong)滑(hua)輪(lun)(lun)、軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座(zuo),行星減(jian)(jian)速器安(an)裝在(zai)帶板的下方,行星減(jian)(jian)速器的轉軸(zhou)固(gu)定(ding)連(lian)接在(zai)主動(dong)滑(hua)輪(lun)(lun)內,驅動(dong)滑(hua)輪(lun)(lun)通過皮(pi)帶活動(dong)連(lian)接到從動(dong)滑(hua)輪(lun)(lun)上,軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座(zuo)固(gu)定(ding)連(lian)接在(zai)皮(pi)帶板的另一(yi)側。
