伺服壓力機的操作事項和標準
伺服壓力機包括電(dian)(dian)(dian)動缸(gang)機構(gou)、本(ben)體(ti)框架(jia)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)缸(gang)機構(gou)在本(ben)體(ti)上(shang)的固定(ding)連接、電(dian)(dian)(dian)缸(gang)機構(gou)與本(ben)體(ti)的組合(he)固定(ding)連接在車架(jia)上(shang)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)動缸(gang)機構(gou)包括起升(sheng)機構(gou)和驅動機構(gou)、起升(sheng)機構(gou)包括聯軸(zhou)器、活塞、導向(xiang)板、軸(zhou)承。
從滑輪軸(zhou)上(shang)用聯(lian)軸(zhou)器螺釘固(gu)(gu)定(ding)連(lian)接,聯(lian)軸(zhou)器下固(gu)(gu)定(ding)緩(huan)沖墊(dian),螺母固(gu)(gu)定(ding)在(zai)緩(huan)沖墊(dian)下,緊(jin)挨著活(huo)(huo)塞桿(gan)和螺釘連(lian)接,活(huo)(huo)塞桿(gan)與電(dian)動缸固(gu)(gu)定(ding)板(ban)的(de)固(gu)(gu)定(ding)端通過固(gu)(gu)定(ding)連(lian)接在(zai)中間法蘭和活(huo)(huo)塞桿(gan)導桿(gan)、限(xian)位(wei)柱上(shang)導板(ban)兩(liang)側。
限位柱通過直(zhi)線軸承(cheng)與電動(dong)缸(gang)固(gu)定(ding)板樞接,連接頭(tou)固(gu)定(ding)在(zai)活(huo)塞桿的活(huo)動(dong)端(duan),壓力傳感器固(gu)定(ding)在(zai)連接頭(tou)上的活(huo)塞桿活(huo)動(dong)端(duan)。
驅動機構包括行(xing)星(xing)減(jian)速(su)器、帶(dai)盤、主動輪、從動輪和軸(zhou)承座(zuo),行(xing)星(xing)減(jian)速(su)器安裝在皮帶(dai)板下方,行(xing)星(xing)減(jian)速(su)器的轉軸(zhou)固(gu)定連(lian)接(jie)在主動滑(hua)輪內,主動輪通(tong)過皮帶(dai)活動與從動輪連(lian)接(jie),軸(zhou)承座(zuo)固(gu)定連(lian)接(jie)在皮帶(dai)板的另一側。
